After five long years, it seemed that we're back to square one. After being in a very new environment, new situation, new relationship in the past 5 months, here I am facing another new phase... But it's not really something new. It's a sort of a new way to go back to the old. Same old place, same old people, same old feeling? Not quite. But it's something that I have to live with now. We don't seem to have a choice anyway. Sadly, we're feeling more burdened now, but more blessed as well. Wow! I've just realized that I'm living a paradoxical life now. And we're living and walking by faith eveyday too.
But somehow, the coming New Year gives us great hope and promises of a better life, better future by God's grace, goodness and faithfulness. And just like what my long distance angel M wished for me: May the best of your 2006 be the worst of your 2007!
Welcome back to my third world country indeed. Where water, pollution, garbage and ceiling price of commodities are perrennial issues and problems. But it's also where my loving, fun and super "magulong" family and my dear closest friends who are excited to see me again, can only be found... so... I would never in a million years pass up the chance to come home. I'm loving every single day spent with my family specially that Christmas is fast approaching... although I'm miles away from my beloved angel J... he's always just an sms or chat away... The daily communication keeps us both in close contact and our love more alive... nyah! mushy ever! wa ha ha ha... sabay kanta ng Pasko na... sinta ko... hanap-hanap kita...
There's no place like home sweet home... hay hay hay
